The authorities accept unconditionally and without restraint the people’s will, stated Speaker of Parliament  Andrian Candu, who thanked all the people who cast their ballots in the presidential elections on October 30, IPN reports.

The Speaker noted that the vote is the instrument by which the people take part directly in the administration of the state. He called on all the Moldovans eligible to vote to take part in the runoff elections in two weeks.

Andrian Candu also appreciated the ballot counting speed.
