ACUM declines second invitation from PDM

The bloc ACUM didn’t change its position and will not accept the PDM’s second invitation to have a dialogue on the formation of the parliamentary majority either. According to the bloc’s representative Sergiu Litvinenko, they will not have negotiations with those who are responsible for the capturing of the state, IPN reports.

ACUM insists on the package of de-oligarchization laws proposed on March 12 and calls on all the responsible MPs to vote these laws in the first sittings of the new Parliament.

PDM vice president Andrian Candu, in a press briefing on March 14, said the representatives of the bloc ACUM are expected to come to discussions the next few days, until this Sunday. If this invitation is not accepted either, the PDM will convoke again the party’s executive committee to decide the further steps. The Democrats are ready to concede the administration of the future Government, including the post of Prime Minister.

In the February 24 parliamentary elections, the PSRM won 35 seats of MP, the PDM – 30, the electoral  bloc ACUM DA PAS – 26 and the Shor Party – seven. Three independent candidates also entered Parliament.
