President Igor Dodon will make a private visit to Moscow this weekend. He informed about this in a discussion with a TASS News Agency correspondent, IPN reports.

“Even if I, as the President, and the members of my family didn’t take part in the recent parliamentary elections, we are tired of the election campaign and would like to rest together this weekend. My eldest son studies music and wants to see a concert in Moscow,” stated Igor Dodon.

Earlier, in an interview for the same news agency, President Dodon said that in the recent election campaign, he was the target of election contestants who daily attacked him and the Socialists who support him. He does not want to settle a score with journalists, but the criticism often went beyond limits.

Igor Dodon paid two visits to Moscow so far this year. During the last two years since he took office of President, he made about 30 visits to Russia’s capital, including private ones.
